As a full-time Cafe Barista at Aramark, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience in a high-energy, sociable environment. Your main focus will be to prepare specialty beverages with precision and care, including coffee, tea, and other crafted drinks following brand guidelines. In addition to beverage preparation, you will assist with food preparation and serve food items adhering to sanitation and safety standards. Your responsibilities will include operating cash registers or POS systems to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, maintaining the cash drawer, and performing proper documentation and bank deposits in accordance with Aramark's cash handling policies. Upkeeping cleanliness and organizational standards for the coffee bar and service areas will be paramount, including setting up and dismantling stations, sanitizing equipment regularly, and restocking beverage coolers, snacks, condiments, and service items to ensure a smooth and welcoming customer experience.

This role demands excellent customer service skills, anticipating and meeting client needs with friendliness and efficiency. It requires a basic understanding of math for cash handling and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
