We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated full-time Cafe Baristas to join our vibrant team. The primary responsibility of the Cafe Barista is to meticulously prepare and serve specialty beverages such as coffee and tea, adhering strictly to brand standards and recipes. In addition to crafting beverages, the role involves assisting in food preparation, managing cash and credit transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

As a Cafe Barista at Aramark, you will be the face of our café, delivering excellent customer service by welcoming and assisting clients with a warm and friendly attitude, anticipating their needs to ensure a positive experience. You will be responsible for operating the POS system, managing cash drawers, completing financial documentation, and following Aramark’s cash handling protocols diligently. Maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards is crucial; you will be tasked with regular cleaning and sanitizing of all equipment and surfaces, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both customers and staff.

The position requires physical stamina as duties may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing, with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when necessary. Baristas must also adhere to specified attire guidelines and obtain Food Handling Certification as per the regulatory requirements.
