Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Food Handling Certification
- Compliance with attire guidelines
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting, bending, and standing
- Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service is beneficial
- Previous cash handling experience is advantageous
- Prior barista experience preferred but not mandatory
- Basic understanding of math and accurate counting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient English reading and communication skills
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Food Handling Certification required
- Must adhere to specified attire guidelines
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing
- Willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
Job Duties
- Manage cash and credit card transactions by operating register and POS system accurately
- Welcome and assist clients, anticipating their needs to create satisfactory interactions
- Prepare and deliver coffee, tea, and specialty drinks following brand directives
- Prepare and serve food items adhering to location standards
- Maintain order of cash drawer, complete cashier documentation, and process bank deposits
- Follow Aramark's regulations and protocols for handling cash transactions
- Set up and dismantle coffee bar, stations, or store emphasizing cleanliness and orderly presentation
- Regularly sanitize equipment to ensure a clean and hygienic work area
- Replenish beverage coolers, snacks, service items, and condiments
- Comply with food and drink preparation guidelines to uphold sanitation and safety
- Perform miscellaneous assignments as directed by managers
