The Cafe Barista is also responsible for routine tasks such as setting up and dismantling station areas, restocking beverage coolers and snack items, and maintaining orderly presentation and equipment sanitation.
Aramark’s Cafe Baristas must demonstrate proficiency in following branded recipes and operational guidelines to consistently produce high-quality food and beverage offerings. This role demands attention to detail in financial transactions, compliance with company policies, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical aspects of the job include lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and the occasional use of personal protective equipment to ensure safety. Candidates who have previous experience in customer service, cash handling, or barista duties are preferred but not required. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
