Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience beneficial
- basic math skills required
- good communication skills in English
- ability to follow hygiene and safety standards
- capability to work autonomously
- availability to work full-time hours
- willingness to obtain Food Handling Certification
- physical ability to meet job demands
- adherence to company dress code and PPE use as necessary
Job Qualifications
- beneficial to have previous experience in customer service
- previous exposure to cash handling is advantageous
- prior barista experience preferred but not essential
- basic understanding of math concepts and ability to count accurately
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- proficient English reading and communication skills
- ability to follow recipes accurately
- must obtain Food Handling Certification as required
- adherence to attire guidelines
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing
Job Duties
- manage cash and credit card transactions accurately using a register or POS system
- extend a friendly welcome and assist clients anticipating their needs
- prepare and deliver coffee, tea, and specialty drinks following brand directives
- comply with food preparation and serving standards
- maintain and document cash drawer and process bank deposits
- uphold company regulations and protocols for cash handling
- set up and dismantle coffee bar and stations emphasizing cleanliness and presentation
- sanitize equipment regularly to maintain hygienic work area
- supply beverage coolers, snacks, service items, and condiment options
- follow food and drink preparation guidelines to ensure sanitation and safe consumption
- perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by managers
