Elevate Coffee, a well-established and beloved coffee brand known for its commitment to quality and community experiences, is excited to announce the opening of a brand new café in the Donelson area near the Nashville airport. This new location represents a fresh chapter for Elevate Coffee as they continue their mission of delivering exceptional coffee paired with outstanding customer service. Unlike other Elevate locations that may include drive-thru services, the Donelson café is uniquely designed without a drive-thru, emphasizing face-to-face interactions and fostering a sense of community within the neighborhood. This café is not just a place to grab coffee but a destination for connection, conversation, and craftsmanship from start to finish.
We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic baristas to join our team at the Donelson location. This role is perfect for anyone who thrives in a fast-paced, social environment, enjoys crafting delicious coffee drinks, and values building relationships with a diverse customer base. Job Requirements
- Serving, bartending, or barista experience preferred
- High school diploma preferred
- Two-week training period required
- Must be available for closing shifts
- Weekend availability required
