Job Requirements
- Must have TABC and Texas Food Handler certification
- Must be over the age of 18
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Must have TABC and Texas Food Handler certification
- Must be over the age of 18

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in retail or food service preferred but not required
- Passion for Kendra Scott’s core pillars of family, fashion and philanthropy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Provide WOW service to every guest by making a difference in their day
- Build and maintain relationships using WOW service principles
- Set goals and consistently work to achieve them
- Share Kendra Scott’s brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and community
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Educate guests on product details and taste profiles
- Flexibly assist customers and complete necessary tasks
- Proactively resolve guest concerns
- Collaborate with the team to provide WOW experiences for all guests
