As a Barback at Cafe Hollywood, you will be an essential part of the front-of-house team ensuring seamless service flow and exceptional guest experiences. Your role focuses on supporting bartenders and waitstaff by maintaining a fully stocked bar and dining area, attending to cleaning and organization duties, and assisting with food service as required. This position requires attentiveness, efficiency, and a proactive attitude to manage supplies, clean service areas, and help maintain the welcoming ambiance that our guests appreciate. Your contribution directly impacts the overall satisfaction of our patrons and the smooth operation of the Cafe. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a similar hospitality role preferred
ability to stand and move for extended periods
effective communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
physical capability to carry heavy trays and perform manual tasks
willingness to work in a fast-paced casino environment

Job Duties

Assisting with food service by cleaning tables, carrying dirty dishes, and setting tables
maintaining supplies of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes
serving food to customers when needed and assisting waitstaff
cleaning food service areas, including counters and floors, to provide a welcoming environment
stocking beverage dispensers and replenishing supplies in serving areas
carrying food and other items from kitchens to service counters efficiently
supporting a friendly and customer-oriented experience at all times
