Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Willingness to learn with two weeks of provided training
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Commitment to maintaining high food safety standards
Job Duties
- Bake fresh bread and pastries daily to meet cafe needs
- Maintain high standards for flavor and quality using 100 percent real ingredients
- Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
- Build and contribute to a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
- Adhere to food safety and health safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance baking skills
