The Cafe Attendant position is a tipped role with a base hourly pay of $15.00, excluding additional earnings from tips. Individuals in this role will be responsible for preparing food and beverage items, including coffee and smoothie drinks, following precise recipes and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
