The Cafe Attendant position is a tipped role with a base hourly pay of $15.00, excluding additional earnings from tips. Individuals in this role will be responsible for preparing food and beverage items, including coffee and smoothie drinks, following precise recipes and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Working at Delaware North means more than just a job; it offers weekly pay, ongoing training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible scheduling to accommodate personal needs. Eligible team members have access to benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, parental bonding leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition reimbursement. It’s an ideal opportunity for those who thrive in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment and seek to grow their skills within a global hospitality leader.

Your responsibilities will include setting up the cafe, managing inventory, handling customer orders, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the work area. The role also entails cashier duties such as accurately processing payments via point-of-sale systems. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members are essential to success in this position. Additionally, working at Titletown offers a unique chance to be part of a lively, community-oriented venue that celebrates the spirit of sports and family entertainment. Delaware North strongly supports diversity and inclusion, offering equal job opportunities without discrimination.
