Delaware North Sportservice is currently seeking part-time Cafe Attendants to join the Packers Athletic Club team at Titletown, Green Bay, Wisconsin. This role focuses on preparing and serving a variety of concession items while ensuring an excellent guest experience is consistently delivered. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and who seek rewarding experiences where their efforts directly impact customer satisfaction and team success. As a Cafe Attendant, responsibilities include preparing and serving food and beverage items, including specialty coffee drinks such as espresso, caffe latte, and cappuccino, following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques ensuring quality and consistency.

The role also involves maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the café, recording waste accurately, managing inventory and notifying supervisors of any shortages, and participating in general setup duties. Additionally, if applicable, attendants will perform cashier duties including processing payments, handling credit card transactions, and accurately recording all sales through the point-of-sale system. Team members should demonstrate effective communication skills to interact professionally with guests, take orders, and operate efficiently within a collaborative team environment.

This position requires physical stamina, including standing for the entire shift, lifting stock up to 50 pounds, exposure to variable temperatures depending on the season, and working in potentially confined spaces. The shift details include weekdays, weekends, holidays, events, and evening hours, offering a variety of scheduling options that accommodate personal needs and lifestyle.
