The Café Attendant position at the Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center is a non-exempt, part-time role offering an hourly wage of $14.00. The role is supervised directly by the Café Manager and requires a flexible schedule, including availability to work varied shifts such as weekends and holidays. Fundamentally, this role involves preparing food and beverages, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and providing excellent customer service to all members and guests. Duties also include preparing beverages like coffee, espresso, cappuccino, and smoothies, alongside handling cash transactions and point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
