The role of a Café Attendant at Main Event involves providing exceptional guest service through assisting visitors with food and beverage choices designed to recharge their energy between activities. Café Attendants are expected to have comprehensive knowledge of the menu, operational standards, and proper use of kitchen equipment. This position is crucial in upholding the cafe's standards for safety, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction. Café Attendants serve as ambassadors of fun, welcoming guests warmly, ensuring accurate and timely order preparation and delivery, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available, with attention to shifts covering days, nights, and weekends. The position offers a competitive hourly wage in the range of $14 to $15 per hour.   • Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends

Job Duties

  • Welcome and greet all guests, all while being an ambassador of fun
  • Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy
  • Preparing quick-service food and beverages according to recipes and standards
  • Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating guest’s needs
  • Processing payment transactions and welcoming our guests back
  • Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties
  • Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
