Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work up to 19.5 hours per week including weekday mornings, afternoons, and alternate Saturdays
- Honest and reliable with a positive attitude
- Comfortable with POS payment systems
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Willingness to undergo training as necessary
Job Qualifications
- Prior caf experience preferred
- Knowledge of espresso bar operations preferred
- Experience using POS payment systems
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks including espressos, lattes, and specialty drinks
- Serve food items such as baked goods, snacks, salads, and sandwiches
- Operate POS payment systems to process transactions
- Clean and sanitize surfaces and equipment regularly
- Restock the Caf as needed to ensure availability of items
- Assist with food preparation during morning shifts
- Maintain a calm and positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment
