Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service or prepared foods preferred
- Food safety certification preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to operate and maintain food preparation equipment
- Familiarity with digital tools and technology to support business operations
- Commitment to upholding company policies and standards
Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Prepare food according to item specifications while adhering to food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance guidelines
- Utilize digital tools to drive sales and enhance associate engagement
- Manage inventory, equipment operation, and sanitation effectively
- Provide excellent member service by assisting with purchases, addressing concerns, and identifying member needs
- Stock, rotate merchandise, and eliminate waste to ensure quality and date control standards
- Act as a brand ambassador by developing and inspiring team members and fostering a respectful and supportive work environment
