Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time periods
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and areas as needed

- Physical ability to perform duties related to food preparation and merchandising

- Food safety certification preferred
- Food handler certification preferred
- Experience in food service preferred

- Proficiency with digital tools and handheld technology

Job Duties
- Be a team member by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- Communicate effectively with team members and be flexible to work in other areas as needed
- Prepare food according to item specifications while planning for future and mass productions
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
- Utilize handheld technology for production decisions, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick-up orders, training, and product quality
- Drive the performance of the area by stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control, and eliminating waste
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues
- Be a talent ambassador by promoting a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented work environment
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards
- Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and other partners while adapting to change and feedback
