Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in food preparation or related field preferred
- food safety certification (preferred)
- food handler certification (preferred)
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to operate and maintain food service equipment
- familiarity with digital tools and technology
- commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
- customer service experience
- adaptability to changing business needs
- ability to train and mentor others
- problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
- communicate effectively with team members
- be flexible to business needs and work in multiple areas
- prepare food according to item specifications
- plan future and mass productions including seasonality
- adhere to food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance
- manage inventory
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- demonstrate product and layout knowledge
- leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- use handheld technology for production, ordering, receiving, training, and quality control
- drive area performance through stocking, rotating merchandise, and waste elimination
- provide member service by acknowledging and assisting members and resolving concerns
- act as a brand advocate by developing and inspiring others with a respectful and team-oriented style
- comply with company policies, ethics, and procedures
- complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources while collaborating with stakeholders
- identify priorities and adapt to change and feedback
