Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Food safety certification preferred
- Food handler certification (Food Safety) preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- Experience working in food service or retail preferred
- Proficiency with digital tools and handheld technology
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Customer service skills
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Prepare food according to item specifications
- Plan future production and mass production schedules
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- Utilize handheld technology for business decisions related to production and merchandise ordering
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
- Drive performance of the area by stocking, rotating merchandise, and ensuring quality standards
- Eliminate waste and maintain inventory control
- Act as a brand ambassador and foster a respectful, supportive team environment
- Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards
- Complete work assignments using data and collaboration
- Adapt to change and provide feedback
- Participate in training and talent development activities
