A significant part of this role is being a Talent Ambassador, where the individual acts as a brand advocate and supports a respectful, team-oriented working environment. This includes identifying challenges within the team and assisting in training efforts to overcome these barriers.

Job Duties
- Be a team member by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, educating associates, communicating effectively, and being flexible to business needs
- Be an expert by preparing food according to specifications, planning production schedules, adhering to safety standards, managing inventory, operating and sanitizing equipment, and understanding product layout
- Be a techie by using digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experiences, utilize handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, training, and quality monitoring, adapting to new technologies, and encouraging their use
- Be an owner by driving area performance, stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control, eliminating waste, providing member service, assisting with purchasing decisions, handling payments, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues
- Be a talent ambassador by advocating for the brand, developing and inspiring others, fostering a respectful and team-oriented work style, and assisting in training
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics by implementing action plans and using the Open Door Policy
