Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed timeframes

  • physical ability to perform food preparation and handling tasks
  • availability to work in San Bernardino, CA location

Job Qualifications

  • Food safety certification preferred
  • food handler certification preferred
  • food service experience preferred

  • proficiency in using digital tools and handheld technology
  • understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
  • communicate effectively with team members and work flexibly across areas
  • prepare food according to item specifications and plan for future and mass productions including seasonality
  • adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
  • operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
  • leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve member experience, and engage associates
  • manage stock levels, rotate merchandise, enforce quality and date control standards, and eliminate waste
  • provide excellent member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving issues
  • act as a brand ambassador by developing and inspiring others, supporting teamwork and training
  • comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics
  • prioritize and complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners
  • identify improvement opportunities and adapt to change and feedback
