Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- communicate effectively with team members and work flexibly across areas
- prepare food according to item specifications and plan for future and mass productions including seasonality
- adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve member experience, and engage associates
- manage stock levels, rotate merchandise, enforce quality and date control standards, and eliminate waste
- provide excellent member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving issues
- act as a brand ambassador by developing and inspiring others, supporting teamwork and training
- comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics
- prioritize and complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners
- identify improvement opportunities and adapt to change and feedback
