Job Qualifications
- food safety certification preferred
- food handler certification preferred

Job Duties
- maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborates with cross-functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- communicates effectively with team members and works flexibly across different areas
- prepares food according to item specifications
- plans and executes future and mass productions including seasonality considerations
- adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping and associate experiences
- makes immediate business decisions related to production, ordering, receiving, training, and product quality
- drives performance by stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards, and eliminating waste
- provides member service by acknowledging and assisting members, identifying their needs, and resolving concerns
- acts as a talent ambassador by being a brand advocate, supporting a respectful and team-oriented work environment, and assisting in training others
- complies with company policies and procedures, collaborates with managers and co-workers, meets deadlines, communicates progress, and adapts to change and feedback
