Team Members are also expected to take ownership of their work area by driving performance metrics such as stocking, rotating merchandise, controlling quality and expiration dates, and reducing waste.

Additionally, the Prepared Foods Team Member acts as a talent ambassador by fostering a work environment that is respectful, supportive, and team-oriented. They provide exemplary member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving concerns, and communicating effectively across all levels of the business. Compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and safety protocols is paramount, and individuals in this role must be adaptable, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
