Job Duties
- maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborates with cross-functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- communicates effectively with team members
- works flexibly in other business areas
- prepares food according to item specifications
- plans future and mass productions and prepares for seasonal changes
- adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- uses handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, receiving orders, training, and ensuring product quality
- drives area performance through stocking, rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards, and eliminating waste
- provides member service by acknowledging and assisting members with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving concerns
- acts as a brand advocate to develop and inspire others in a respectful and team-oriented manner
- complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics
- completes work assignments and priorities effectively, collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners
- adapts to changes and feedback
