Job Requirements

- ability to complete all job-required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period

- physical ability to operate and maintain food preparation equipment
- commitment to following food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- acknowledge requirement to complete all job-related trainings and assessments
- food safety certification preferred
- food handler certification preferred
- experience in food service preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborate with cross-functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- communicate effectively with team members
- be flexible to work in other areas as needed
- prepare food according to item specifications
- understand and plan future and mass productions
- prepare for seasonality
- adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution
- leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
- use handheld technology for production decisions, ordering merchandise, receiving orders, training, and product quality
- drive area performance by stocking and rotating merchandise
- ensure quality and date control standards
- eliminate waste
- provide member service by acknowledging and identifying needs
- assist members with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving issues
- act as a brand advocate by developing, influencing, and inspiring others
- comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics
- complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources
- collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners
- identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations
- communicate progress and recommend improvements
