This position at Sam's Club focuses on the prepared foods merchandise area, where you will play a vital role in ensuring that food items meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. As a team member, you’ll be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, assisting with planning for future and seasonal productions, and adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to educate peers on products, tools, and best practices while leveraging digital tools to improve sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Your role will involve hands-on food preparation as well as using handheld technology to make critical business decisions that align with customer needs.

The role requires a proactive owner mindset where you’ll manage inventory, eliminate waste, rotate products to ensure freshness, and provide excellent member service by recognizing and addressing member needs. Furthermore, you will serve as a talent ambassador by promoting a respectful and supportive team culture and helping others overcome challenges. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $25.00 with additional premium pay possible depending on schedule, location, and role specifics.
