Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to complete all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
Willingness to work flexible hours and in various areas of the business

Physical capability to stand, walk, and perform food preparation duties

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
Experience in prepared food or food service industry preferred
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
Proficient in using digital tools and technology for business operations
Strong organizational and inventory management skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve member issues
Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented and supportive environment
Certification in food safety or food handler is preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise

Utilize handheld technology for production, ordering, receiving club pick up orders, training, and product quality
Drive performance of the area through stocking and rotating merchandise and ensuring quality and date control standards
Reduce waste and provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchases, and resolving issues
Be a brand ambassador by developing, influencing, and inspiring others for a respectful and team-oriented work style
Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards
Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners while communicating progress and adapting to change
