Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- Willingness to work flexible hours and in various areas of the business

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Experience in prepared food or food service industry preferred
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
- Proficient in using digital tools and technology for business operations
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve member issues
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented and supportive environment
- Certification in food safety or food handler is preferred but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicate effectively with team members and be flexible to business needs
- Prepare food according to item specifications, plan for future and mass productions and seasonality
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment ensuring safe and effective usage
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
- Utilize handheld technology for production, ordering, receiving club pick up orders, training, and product quality
- Drive performance of the area through stocking and rotating merchandise and ensuring quality and date control standards
- Reduce waste and provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchases, and resolving issues
- Be a brand ambassador by developing, influencing, and inspiring others for a respectful and team-oriented work style
- Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards
- Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners while communicating progress and adapting to change
