Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Compliance with drug-free workplace policy
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to follow food safety and sanitation protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or prepared foods preferred
- Food Safety Certification preferred
- Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) preferred
- Ability to operate food preparation equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to use digital tools and handheld technology for operational decisions
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Flexibility to work in various business areas
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and changes
Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Prepare food according to item specifications and plan for production demands and seasonality
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize food preparation equipment
- Utilize handheld technology to drive sales and improve shopping and associate experience
- Manage inventory and ensure quality and date control of merchandise
- Provide excellent member service by assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving concerns
- Promote a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented work environment
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Complete work assignments while collaborating and communicating effectively
- Adapt to change and provide feedback for continuous improvement
