Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- Ability to work flexible hours and in different areas of the business
- Physical ability to perform food preparation duties
- Willingness to comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
- Ability to use handheld technology and digital tools
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- Food safety certification preferred
- Food handler certification preferred
- Experience in food service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and members
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and sanitation
- Familiarity with inventory management and cold chain compliance
- Capability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- Willingness to adapt to new technology and tools

Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicate effectively with team members and be flexible to work in other areas as needed
- Prepare food according to item specifications and plan for future and mass productions
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- Use digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- Manage inventory and product quality with member needs in mind
- Stock and rotate merchandise while ensuring quality and date control
- Provide excellent member service by acknowledging members and assisting with purchasing decisions
- Serve as a brand ambassador by developing and inspiring others
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, and business partners
- Adapt to change, learn from feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement
