Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food safety certification preferred
- Experience in food service or prepared food merchandise is advantageous
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Proficiency with digital tools and handheld technology
- Customer service experience
- Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and help educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Prepare food according to item specifications and plan for future productions
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- Utilize handheld technology for production, ordering, training, and quality control decisions
- Drive area performance by stocking, rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control, and minimizing waste
- Provide excellent member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving issues, and locating merchandise
- Serve as a brand advocate and talent ambassador by supporting and inspiring team members
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics
- Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and business partners to prioritize tasks and communicate progress
- Adapt to feedback and changes to improve performance
