Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Ability to work flexible hours and in various roles within the department

Job Duties
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicates effectively with team members and adapts to business needs by working in other areas
- Prepares food according to item specifications, plans for future and mass productions, and adjusts for seasonality
- Adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- Demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution
- Utilizes digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
- Makes immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality
- Drives area performance by stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards, eliminating waste
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, payment processing, locating merchandise, and resolving issues
- Acts as a talent ambassador by being a brand advocate, developing and inspiring team members, supporting respectful and team-oriented work styles
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Completes work assignments and priorities through effective collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement
