Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of all job-required training and assessments within prescribed time period
- Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for food preparation and stocking
- Must maintain adherence to food safety and cold chain compliance standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Competency in using digital tools and handheld technology
- Ability to adhere to food safety standards
- Flexibility to work in various areas as needed
- Food safety certification preferred
- Food handler certification preferred
Job Duties
- Be a team member by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- Communicate effectively with team members and be flexible to work in other areas as needed
- Prepare food according to item specifications including planning future and mass productions and preparing for seasonality
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management protocols
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment ensuring product and layout execution
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve member experience and elevate associate engagement
- Utilize handheld technology for making immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick-up orders, training, and ensuring product quality
- Drive the performance of the prepared food area by stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control, and eliminating waste
- Provide member service including acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving member concerns
- Act as a talent ambassador by representing the brand, developing and inspiring others, fostering a respectful and supportive team environment
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards including the Open Door Policy
- Complete work assignments using data, collaborating with managers, coworkers, and other business partners
- Identify priorities, deadlines and communicate progress
- Adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback
