The role we are seeking to fill is a Prepared Food Associate at our Gilbert, AZ location. This position is integral to ensuring that prepared food merchandise meets product specifications and quality standards. As a Prepared Food Associate, you will be part of a collaborative team that works closely with cross-functional groups to maintain up-to-date knowledge of food products and preparation techniques. You will be responsible for producing food items according to detailed specifications, managing inventory, adhering to food safety standards, and operating and sanitizing kitchen equipment. The role requires flexibility to assist in various business areas as needed and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and support members’ shopping experiences.
Additionally, this position incorporates the use of digital tools and handheld technology to optimize sales, inventory management, and overall member service. Associates are encouraged to be proactive owners of their work area, focusing on quality control, waste reduction, and member engagement. As a Talent Ambassador, you will play a key role in promoting a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented work environment while helping to identify and address training needs within the team. This position offers an hourly wage range of $18.00 to $26.00 with potential additional premium compensation based on schedule, facility, or workload. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or prepared food merchandising preferred

Job Duties
