Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successfully complete all required job training and assessments within prescribed timeframes
- Ability to comply with company policies and ethics standards
- Flexibility to work in various business areas
- Ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- Good physical stamina for standing and performing food preparation tasks
- Adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or prepared food merchandising preferred
- Food safety certification preferred
- Ability to use digital tools and handheld technology effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
Job Duties
- Be a team member by maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Prepare food according to item specifications while adhering to food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment efficiently
- Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales and improve the member experience
- Drive performance in the area by stocking, rotating merchandise, controlling quality and dates, and reducing waste
- Provide excellent member service by acknowledging and assisting members with their needs and resolving issues
- Act as a talent ambassador by supporting a respectful and team-oriented work environment and assisting in training others
