Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Be flexible to work in other areas as needed
- Prepare food according to item specifications and plan for future and mass productions
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- Demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- Utilize handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, receiving, training, and quality control
- Drive performance of the area through stocking, rotating merchandise, and ensuring quality and date control standards
- Eliminate waste and provide member service including acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues
- Be a brand advocate and support team-oriented work culture
