This position is a dynamic role within the prepared foods department, offering an hourly wage between $18.00 to $26.00, depending on location and experience, with additional premiums possible based on specific work conditions. It entails working as an integral team member responsible for maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and educating colleagues on tasks and resources to support efficient operations. Employees in this role prepare food items following strict specifications and plan for mass production and seasonality, all while adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance. Responsibilities also include equipment maintenance and inventory management. A key aspect of the role involves leveraging digital tools and technology to enhance sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates. This includes utilizing handheld devices for real-time business decisions related to production, ordering, receiving club pick-up orders, and training. The role also embodies accountability and ownership, focusing on area performance by managing stock rotation, quality control, waste elimination, and delivering exceptional member service by addressing their needs promptly and effectively. Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or retail environments preferred
- Food Safety Certification preferred
- Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) preferred

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to manage inventory and equipment maintenance
- Customer service skills and ability to resolve member issues
