Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service or related field preferred
- Knowledge of food safety certification or food handler certification preferred
- Ability to use digital tools for business decisions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to operate and maintain food preparation equipment
- Capacity to adapt to changing business needs
- Basic understanding of inventory and waste management
Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicate effectively with team members and adapt to business needs
- Prepare food according to item specifications and production plans
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- Stock and rotate merchandise ensuring quality and date control standards
- Provide excellent member service by acknowledging members and resolving issues
- Serve as a brand advocate and coach team members respectfully and supportively
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics
- Complete work assignments using policies, data, and collaboration
- Identify priorities, deadlines, and recommend improvement opportunities
- Adapt to change, difficulties, and feedback continuously
