Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- experience operating and maintaining food preparation equipment
- ability to use digital tools and hand-held technology effectively
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- customer service experience
- ability to manage inventory and quality control
- flexibility to work in multiple areas
- food safety certification preferred
- food handler certification preferred
Job Duties
- maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborates with cross-functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- communicates effectively with team members and is flexible to work in other areas
- prepares food according to item specifications
- plans future productions and mass productions and prepares for seasonality
- adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operates, maintains and sanitizes equipment
- demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution
- leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
- utilizes hand-held technology for business decisions related to production, ordering, receiving club pick up orders, training, and product quality
- drives the performance of the area
- stocks and rotates merchandise
- ensures quality and date control standards
- eliminates waste
- provides member service by acknowledging members and assisting with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise and resolving issues
- acts as a brand advocate, develops and inspires others, and supports training
- complies with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- completes work assignments using data and resources, collaborates with managers and co-workers, identifies priorities and deadlines, communicates progress, and adapts to change and feedback
