Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborate with cross-functional teams and help educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- communicate effectively with team members
- work flexibly in other areas as needed
- prepare food according to item specifications
- plan future productions and mass productions
- prepare for seasonality
- adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment

- use handheld technology for business decisions related to production, ordering, receiving, training, and product quality
