Job Requirements

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform food preparation tasks

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food safety certification preferred
- Food handler certification preferred
- Previous experience in food service or prepared food merchandise preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain food preparation equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and technology
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and inventory control
Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and help educate other associates
- Communicate effectively with team members and work flexibly in other areas
- Prepare food according to item specifications and plan for future and mass productions
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize food preparation equipment
- Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- Stock and rotate merchandise while ensuring quality and date control standards
- Provide excellent member service by assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving issues
- Be a brand ambassador and support training and development of others
- Comply with company policies, ethics, and implement related action plans
- Complete work assignments using policies, data, and collaboration
- Adapt to change and learn from feedback and difficulties
