Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time periods
- willingness to comply with drug-free workplace policies

- commitment to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- food safety certification is preferred
- food handler certification (food safety) is preferred
- experience in food service is preferred
- ability to work in a team and across departments
- effective communication skills
- familiarity with technology used in retail food production
- commitment to quality and safety standards
- flexibility to adapt to varying business needs
Job Duties
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborates with cross-functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- communicates effectively with team members and adapts to business needs to work in other areas
- prepares food according to item specifications, plans future and mass production, prepares for seasonality, adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- utilizes hand-held technology for production, ordering, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality
- drives performance of the area by stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards, eliminating waste
- provides member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions and payment methods, locating merchandise, and resolving concerns
- acts as a brand advocate, develops and inspires team members in a respectful and supportive manner
- complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics
- completes work assignments using data and resources while collaborating and communicating progress
- adapts to changes and feedback
