Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food preparation or service preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with digital tools and technology
- Customer service experience
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and flexible work schedule
- Food safety certification preferred
- Food handler certification preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicate effectively with team members and be flexible to work in other areas
- Prepare food according to item specifications, understanding future and mass productions, and seasonality
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- Drive area performance by stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards, and minimizing waste
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchases, payments, locating merchandise, and resolving issues
- Utilize handheld technology for production, ordering, receiving club pickup orders, training, and ensuring product quality
- Act as a brand advocate and talent ambassador
- Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards
- Complete assignments by using policies, data, collaborating with others, and adapting to change and feedback
