Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in food preparation or service preferred
- food safety certification preferred

Job Duties
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborates with cross-functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- communicates effectively with team members
- is flexible to work in other areas as needed
- prepares food according to item specifications
- plans future and mass productions
- prepares for seasonality
- adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance and inventory management
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- utilizes handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, receiving club pick up orders, training and quality control
- drives performance of the area by stocking and rotating merchandise
- ensures quality and date control standards
- eliminates waste
- provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving concerns
- acts as a brand advocate by developing, influencing and inspiring others
- complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics
- completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources
- collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers and business partners
- identifies priorities and deadlines
- adapts to changes and feedback
