Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time periods if selected

Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborate with cross functional teams
- help educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- communicate effectively with team members
- be flexible to work in other areas
- prepare food according to item specifications
- plan future and mass productions
- prepare for seasonality
- adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- demonstrate knowledge of product and layout execution
- leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- use hand held technology for production, ordering, receiving, training, and quality decisions
- adapt to new tools and encourage others
- drive area performance by stocking and rotating merchandise
- ensure quality and date control
- eliminate waste
- provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs
- assist members with purchasing decisions and resolving issues
- be a brand advocate
- develop and inspire others in a respectful, team-oriented style
- comply with company policies, ethics, and standards
- complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and co-workers
