Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period if hired

Job Qualifications
- Food safety certification
- food handler certification
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in food service preferred
- ability to operate and maintain food preparation equipment
- basic knowledge of inventory management
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- proficiency with digital tools and handheld technology
Job Duties
- Be a team member: maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborate with cross functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- communicate effectively with the members of the team
- be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas
- Be an expert: prepare food according to item specifications
- understand and plan future productions and mass productions
- prepare for seasonality
- adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution
- Be a techie: leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
- utilize handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick up orders, training, and product quality
- adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them
- Be an owner: drive the performance of the area
- stock and rotate merchandise
- ensure quality and date control standards

- provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying members' needs
- assist members with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving concerns
