Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicate effectively with team members and adapt to business needs by working in various areas
- Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future and mass productions, and prepare for seasonality
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- Utilize digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement
- Manage stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards
- Eliminate waste and provide excellent member service by acknowledging and assisting members
- Resolve member issues and concerns
- Act as a brand advocate by developing, influencing, and inspiring others
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards
- Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners
- Communicate progress and recommend improvements
- Adapt to change and feedback effectively
