Job Duties

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
  • Communicate effectively with team members and be flexible in working in other areas
  • Prepare food according to item specifications, including planning for future and mass productions, seasonality, and quality standards
  • Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
  • Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment while demonstrating understanding of product and layout execution
  • Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
  • Utilize handheld technology for production decisions, ordering merchandise, processing club pick-up orders, training, and ensuring product quality
  • Stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, and provide member service by acknowledging and assisting members with purchases and concerns
  • Be a brand ambassador by developing, influencing, and inspiring others to work respectfully and as a team
