Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time periods

- follow food safety guidelines and cold chain compliance

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- food safety certification preferred
- food handler certification (food safety) preferred
- experience in food service preferred
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to operate and maintain food preparation equipment
- familiarity with digital tools and handheld technology
- customer service orientation
- ability to adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborate with cross functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- communicate effectively with team members
- prepare food according to item specifications
- plan future productions and mass productions
- prepare for seasonality
- adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- utilize handheld technology for production and ordering decisions
- adapt to new tools and encourage others
- drive performance of the area
- stock and rotate merchandise
- ensure quality and date control standards
- eliminate waste
- provide member service by acknowledging members and assisting with purchasing decisions
- resolve member issues and concerns
- act as a brand advocate and talent ambassador
- develop, influence, and inspire others
- comply with company policies and standards of ethics
- complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources
- collaborate with managers, co-workers, and customers
- identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations
- communicate progress and recommend improvement opportunities
