Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- successful completion of job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- ability to comply with company policies and drug-free workplace standards
- willingness to work flexible hours and in various areas as business needs dictate
- physical ability to perform duties including standing for extended periods
- food safety certification preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- communicate effectively with team members
- be flexible to work in other areas as needed
- prepare food according to item specifications including future and mass productions
- adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- utilize handheld technology for business decisions related to production, ordering, receiving, training, and product quality
- drive the performance of the area by stocking and rotating merchandise
- ensure quality and date control standards
- eliminate waste
- provide member service by acknowledging, assisting, and resolving member issues
- act as a brand ambassador and inspire a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented work environment
- comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- complete work assignments using resources and collaboration, communicate progress, and adapt to feedback and change
