Job Requirements

- Food safety certification preferred
- food handler certification preferred
- experience in food service preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- prepare food according to item specifications
- plan and manage future and mass productions including seasonality
- adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- leverage digital tools for production, ordering, receiving, training, and quality
- drive area performance including stocking, rotating merchandise, and eliminating waste
- provide exceptional member service by assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving concerns
- act as a brand ambassador promoting respectful and supportive team culture
- comply with company policies and ethics
- complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources
- collaborate with managers, co-workers, and customers
- communicate progress and recommend improvements
- adapt to change and feedback
