Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of all job-required training and assessments
- Ability to work in a flexible environment and adapt to business needs

- Physical ability to perform duties related to stocking, preparing food, and maintaining equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food safety certification or food handler certification preferred
- Experience in food service or prepared food merchandise is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to use technology and digital tools effectively
- Customer service experience
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Duties
- Be a team member by maintaining product knowledge and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Prepare food according to item specifications while managing production planning and food safety standards
- Utilize digital tools to enhance sales, shopping experience, and associate engagement
- Drive area performance by stocking, rotating merchandise, ensuring quality, and providing member service
- Act as a talent ambassador to develop and inspire others in a respectful and supportive manner
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity in daily operations
- Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and co-workers, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to change
