Job Requirements

- ability to adhere to food safety, sanitation and cold chain compliance measures
- capability to collaborate with team members and cross functional teams

- commitment to maintaining company policies and ethical standards
- physical ability to operate and sanitize equipment
- adherence to drug-free workplace policies
Job Qualifications
- minimum age of 18 years

- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to operate and maintain food service equipment
- familiarity with digital tools for business decisions

- preferred food safety certification

Job Duties
- maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborates with cross functional teams and educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- communicates effectively with team members and adapts to business needs
- prepares food according to item specifications and plans future and mass productions
- adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance and inventory management
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- utilizes digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement
- stocks and rotates merchandise while ensuring quality and date control standards
- eliminates waste and resolves member issues and concerns
- assists members with purchasing decisions and payment types
- acts as a brand advocate and supports team development
- complies with company policies and procedures
- completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners
- communicates progress and adapts to change
