Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Willingness to attend all required training sessions
- Adaptability to business-driven schedule changes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
- Associate’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of banking experience preferred
- 2+ years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred
- Proficient in G-Suite preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Job Duties
- Proactively engage with guests in a high-energy environment
- Serve as a brand advocate by sharing the value of Capital One's products and services
- Guide customers through digital banking tools and troubleshoot technical issues
- Host and support local events promoting financial health
- Advocate for customers and resolve issues in compliance with regulations
- Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for all guests
- Adapt to flexible schedules and support multiple locations as needed
